Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your BILLY Footwear, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original BILLY box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or outer box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
